At Agutify, we strive to provide seamless and high-quality services for our customers. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to change or cancel a booking. Below is our policy to ensure transparency and fairness for both our customers and service providers:

  1. Cancellation Window
    Customers can cancel a service booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without incurring any cancellation fees. This gives our service providers enough time to adjust their schedules accordingly.

  2. Late Cancellations
    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total service cost. This fee helps compensate our providers for the inconvenience and the lost opportunity to fill the time slot.

  3. No-Show Policy
    If a customer fails to cancel and the service provider arrives at the scheduled time, the customer will be charged 50% of the service fee as a no-show fee. This ensures that our service providers are fairly compensated for their time and effort.

  4. Provider Cancellations
    If a service provider cancels a booking, we will inform the customer as soon as possible and offer to reschedule the service at a convenient time or provide a full refund. Our aim is to ensure minimal disruption to our customers' plans.

  5. Refunds
    Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
