Refund Policy for Agutify
At Agutify, we strive to provide the best experience for both service providers and customers. Our refund policy ensures fairness, transparency, and clear guidelines for managing refunds.
Refunds are eligible in the following situations:
Service Not Delivered: If a booked service was not delivered by the provider for reasons beyond the customer's control.
Service Quality Issues: If the customer is unsatisfied due to a significant quality issue, and both parties agree to the refund.
Provider Cancellations: If the service provider cancels the service after the booking is confirmed and the payment is made.
Customer Cancellation: If the customer cancels the service and is eligible for a refund as outlined in our cancellation policy.
Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:
Customer Cancellation: If the customer cancels the service without valid reasons as outlined in our cancellation policy.
Service Delivered as Agreed: If the service was provided according to the agreed scope and timelines, but the customer changes their mind after completion.
Late or Missed Appointments: If the customer fails to be available at the agreed time without prior notification.
Request Submission: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the service date through the Agutify app or by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Refund requests can be made after a cancellation or in other eligible circumstances.
Review and Decision: All refund requests are reviewed by our support team, and the decision will be made based on the evidence provided by both the customer and the service provider.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund amount can be credited to the bank account provided in the app, sent via direct deposit to the customer’s bank account, or as a payment method registered in the system.
In cases where the service has been partially delivered or there were only minor issues, Agutify may determine that a partial refund is appropriate. The amount of the partial refund will depend on the extent of the issue and the agreed outcome between the customer and service provider.
In certain exceptional cases, Agutify reserves the right to issue refunds outside of the standard policy terms, based on extenuating circumstances that impact either the customer or service provider.
