1. Introduction

Welcome to Agutify! These terms and conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations for the use of our platform, services, and applications. Users can delete their accounts by navigating to the settings, scrolling to the bottom, and selecting "Delete Account." A confirmation email will be sent after the deletion is complete.

4. Service Booking

Agutify provides a platform for booking various services. Once a booking request is confirmed, a contract is formed between the customer and the service provider. Agutify acts as a facilitator and is not liable for the services provided by third-party providers.

5. Payments

All payments must be made through the Agutify platform using the provided payment options. Upon booking a service, you agree to pay the indicated price, which may include taxes and additional fees. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Cancellations

Users may cancel a service booking in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. Providers also have the right to cancel services under certain conditions. In case of a provider cancellation, customers may be eligible for a refund.

Service providers agree to perform services professionally and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Providers must also maintain a minimum rating threshold as indicated by Agutify to remain active on the platform.

Agutify provides the platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or suitability of any services provided by third-party providers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agutify disclaims liability for any damages arising from the use of the platform or services.

All content available on Agutify, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Agutify or its licensors. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

By being a part of the Agutify platform, users acknowledge that they do not have any ownership rights over the platform itself.

Agutify has the right to use any reviews, testimonials, or feedback provided by users for promotional purposes without any obligation to share profits generated from such content.
